- ( RECAP ) Area and perimeter of squares, rectangles and triangles
- area of square/rectangle = length × breadth
- area of triangle = 1/2 x base x height
- perimeter = adding all sides together
E.g Find the area and perimeter of the following. (take π = 3.14 )

Area:
(7 × 4) + ( 1/2 × 4 × 4) + ( 1/2 × 2π × 2) = 42.28 cm²
Perimeter:
(1/2 x π x 4 ) + 7 + 4 + 4 + 7 = 28.28 cm
- Use the formulas above + formula for perimeter and area of a circle to solve composite figures involving all the shapes taught so far.
